Hostel
 Most of the students of the Institute have been lodged in hostels in the campus. These hostels are equipped with modern amenities and facilities for sports and recreation such as TV, indoor games and a gymnasium. Facilities for outdoor games like volleyball,cricket and football are available.Soon the boarders are going to avail internet connection in the hostel.
Separate accommodation is provided to the 1st year students in complete ragging free environment with their own amenities.
 Separate accommodation is provided to the girl students in a 3 tier security cover which is presumed to be the best in terms of security and infrastructure in state , with all their modern amenities including a best of art Gymnasium
Separate round-the-clock canteen is in operation to cater to the needs of the students of individual hostels . Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food are available in the hostels. Each hostel has a Warden to look after the welfare of the students. The overall administration of the hostels is looked after by the Hostel Management Committee.
Guest House
GHITM Guest House, with best of architecture of its kind, situated in a completely Biotic atmosphere provides free accommodation to Institute guests, visiting faculty etc .It is equipped with all modern gadgets like TV, Internet with a number of smart rooms ,including facilities for table tennis for their recreation.
Health Care
 Medical facilities are provided to the staff and students of the Institute through the HEALTH CLINIC inside the campus. The Institute currently has one medical officer who visits twice a week, who is a good specialist. Two pharmacists are there to provide medical care round the clock . Patients requiring indoor treatment are referred to the Puri Hospital ,under complete supervision of Institute where modern facilities for treatment are available.
Gymnasium
 A well equipped ' Gymnasium ' managed by Gym Instructor provides for their physical exercise requirements to stay fit and agile throughout. Gym is equipped with most sophisticated equipment which are user friendly for the overall benefit of students.
Scholarship
The Institute has provision of awarding Merit-cum-Means Scholarships to the under graduate students who fulfill the criteria laid down by the institute. Some commercial banks and companies have offered financial assistance in the form of sponsorship and awards to some of the meritorious students of the Institute. A large number of cash awards are given to the students to motivate them to do well not only in academics but also in sports & extracurricular activities. A cash prize is given to the students who secure highest aggregate marks in GHITM at the end of each year in the University examination. The best student of the college is also suitably rewarded.
